[It's like looking in a mirror...]

Woah the lighting for this is sick. How'd you do it? Just a soft brush tool like an airbrush and some touching up?

I usually use an airblush yes, and many layers of ovelay/color dodge for the light and layers of multiply for the shadows. When I want the light to affect a character, I outline the color of the light on his silhouette so that it matches the Bg and after finishing the drawing I add some effects in aftereffects ^^
